The textile industry is a common and relevant sector worldwide that generates significant environmental pollution via the discharge of dye-containing wastewater. In this direction, electrospinning technology can be used to produce adsorbing nanofibers for treatment wastewater polluted by dyes other toxic compounds. obtained are light thin, thus providing several advantages (e.g., high surface area) improve efficacy adsorption processes. study reports preparation from polyvinyl butyral (PVB) bentonite electrospinning. This also PVB/bentonite nanofiber mat its application in cationic dye (methylene blue) an aqueous solution. morphology water contact angles these were analyzed.
